just received an explosive email from an entertainment insider who’s worried about Ciara’s health. Here’s the email if full:

I just wanted to let you know that something is wrong with Ciara. I was at [a recent photo shoot] with her and we were on set for more than 8 hours and she didn’t eat anything.

And before you say that there’s nothing wrong with that, there is. Everyone there ate two full meals and she ate NOTHING (despite the fact that there was tons of food there).

Also she was as skinny as a rail and she looked very weak.

I really hope this isn’t the case! Would not be good! Maybe she just wasn feelin well? Stress, having a lot on your plate, and working yourself to much can cause a big change in eating habits….gotta eat Ciara! (5o take her out to a nice dinner;)
